3S Self-build Garage in Pale Brown and Ivory Introduced as a kit by WIKING in 1967, it made its return 55 years later as a prefabricated model. Following the presentation of the 1:87 model in 1967, garage manufacturer 3S alone ordered nearly 60,000 units of this garage model and even offered it in their own garage brochure. And, what do you know: Every “large” garage was accompanied by a “small” garage for children. A truly appealing gift, the kit was a hit with everyone, as the manufacturer fondly remembers. DB - Mercedes-Benz L 3500 Culemeyer Wagon-Carrying Road TrainA team can hardly look more contemporary. Thanks to the new heavy-duty platform , the Langhauber from Mercedes-Benz demonstrates its 1:87 scale traction. WIKING freshened up the typical team, which found favor with model railroaders early on, with the L 3500 tractor. It's hard to believe that the attached road scooters have been rolling into the WIKING range since the 1950s. Road scooters were used for rail-road traffic, in which the Deutsche Bundesbahn transported wagons complete with cargo to those customers who did not have a train track at the company's location. In the 1970s, this combined transport solution found less and less demand, so that the road scooters largely disappeared from service.High Quality Plastic

Police - MZB 72 Multi-Purpose Boat (Lehmar) Agile police boats have become an integral part of the daily life of the special forces. Divers groups, but also police stations on inland lakes use the multi-purpose boats for the guard and emergency service.WIKING miniaturizes the multi-purpose boat MZB 72 with an open operator's cab. The water rescue device, which is loaded on a trailer, receives a wide range of accessories from WIKING. The entire open operator's cab is particularly effective, but also the interior and the two outboard motors. The model of the MZB 72 is built by the Lehmar shipyard in Rechlin in southern Muritz and is primarily made available for rescue operations by aid organizations.
