CASE PRICE Prominently featured in the 1980 Universal Pictures film The Blues Brothers, this 1974 Dodge Monaco was a decommissioned Mount Prospect police car, purchased by Elwood Blues at an auction after he traded a previous car (a 1968 Cadillac Sixty Special) for a microphone. When describing the car to his brother Jake Blues, Elwood says, "Its got a cop motor, a 440-cubic-inch plant. Its got cop tires, cop suspension, cop shocks. Its a model made before catalytic converters, so itll run good on regular gas." The sedan could perform seemingly impossible stunts, such as flipping backwards in midair and even "flying" for very brief periods of time. Clearly unimpressed, especially considering the cigarette lighter does not work, Elwood slams on the gas and jumps over an open drawbridge. Jake nonchalantly states, "Cars got a lot of pickup." Elwood retorts, "So what do you say, is it the new Bluesmobile or what?" Jake replies, "Fix the cigarette lighter." Auto World proudly presents a detailed replica of the Bluesmobile with the loudspeaker mounted on the roof that Jake and Elwood broad-casted their upcoming "Blues Extravaganza" fund raising concert. True-to-life figures of The Blues Brothers, Elwood and Jake, are included. Dont pass up the chance to own the Blues Brothers 1974 Dodge Monaco Police Pursuit 1:18 Scale Die-Cast Metal Vehicle!

The Monkees Monkeemobile 1:18 Scale Die-Cast Metal Vehicle

CASE PRICE Can you believe this Monkeemobile 1:18 Scale Die-Cast Metal Vehicle? The Monkees had killer tunes and clever lines, and as we all know, they cruised around in a pretty sweet ride, too. The Monkeemobile was one of the most desired custom cars of Sixties television. Created by car customizer Dean Jeffries, the Monkeemobile began life as a 1966 Pontiac GTO before it was chopped, tweaked, and twisted! Its original design featured a huge 6-71 supercharger fitted to the exposed engine giving the car so much horsepower that the TV cast found it hard to control! Later, this setup was reduced to a mock supercharger mounted over the stock Pontiac engine. Two Monkeemobiles were constructed - #1 was used on the TV show while #2 was built as a back-up car and stunt car if needed. Its main job would be the show car circuit of the 60s. Life-size stand-ups of all four Monkees traveled with the show car and were displayed alongside the car. Auto World is proud to recreate this zany die-cast pop culture icon, including the cutouts of the "Prefab Four."

Chevrolet® used this design in their motors for many years to come. Many other companies were competing for the truck market in 1930, however Chevrolet® led the way creating trucks on the cutting edge of design for the times. Strength, durability, and innovation were core to Chevrolet’s ® revitalizing of the consumer truck market.Originally known as Sour Lake Springs because of its sulfurous spring water popular for it’s healing properties, a series of oil discoveries and a few industrious, visionary men, brought wealth and a new oil company to southeastern Texas and the world.• Features:• #12 in the Series (2019 Release)• Custom Texaco Graphics• Certificate of Authenticity• 1:43 Scale - 4.5” Length• Die-Cast Metal Body• Detailed Interior & Exterior• Rubber Tires• Detailed Diorama• 8 Oil Barrels Included

Texaco - 1941 Curtiss P-40B Tomahawk - #2 (2019) in the Fuel For Victory SeriesWorld War II changed everything for TEXACO, and with the entry of the United States into the war in 1941, TEXACO became a key supplier of aircraft lubricant products for the Allied forces. 6-billion barrels, out of a total of 7-billion barrels consumed by the Allies for the period of 1941-1945 came from the United States of America, and without the prodigious delivery of oil from TEXACO, WWII quite frankly may not have ended with victory. Built at the Curtiss facility in Buffalo, New York during 1940-1941, the fighter was delivered to the US Army Air Corp in March 1941. It was quickly sent to Wheeler Field, Hawaii in April of that year, becoming part of the 19th Pursuit Squadron of the 18th Pursuit Group. In October 1941, seven months after delivery, the P-40 was involved in a wheels-up landing, requiring her to be placed in a maintenance hangar for repair. The aircraft was still in the hanger undergoing repairs when the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. That seemingly minor twist of fate most likely saved the plane from being destroyed.Features:• 2nd in the Series (Fuel For Victory) (2019 Release)• Authentic WWII Graphics• Certificate of Authenticity• 1:44 Scale - 10” Wingspan• Die-Cast Body• Historical Replica• Locking Coin Bank• Opening Canopy with Detailed Cockpit• Rotating Propeller

Texaco - 1929 Curtiss Robin Airplane - #4 (2021) in the Fuel For Victory SeriesOnly 1,008 pieces producedFeatures:• Moving Propeller• Texaco Graphics• Coin Bank• Certificate of AuthenticityThe Curtiss Robin looks meek and mild, but in fact, it was a real work horse. Originally designed as an affordable and practical aircraft, the plane made use of the then-common World War I surplus 90 HP OX-5 engine. The OX-5 engine was used in a number of WWI pilot training aircraft, helping to ready pilots for upcoming air battles of "The Great War" and ultimately victory. After the war, thousands of relatively inexpensive war-surplus OX-5 engines were installed into various general aviation aircraft. The easy availability of this engine help to make the Robin a hit with private and corporate owners who required an enclosed cabin and an easy operation.
