WIKING freshened up the typical team, which found favor with model railroaders early on, with the L 3500 tractor. It's hard to believe that the attached road scooters have been rolling into the WIKING range since the 1950s. Road scooters were used for rail-road traffic, in which the Deutsche Bundesbahn transported wagons complete with cargo to those customers who did not have a train track at the company's location.
